Welcome to Terra Gaia! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your orders—with transparency and sustainability at the heart of our approach.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Please note: During high-demand periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping within the Netherlands
  • Courier: Bicycle delivery in Den Haag and nearby areas whenever possible. Other areas are served by local logistics partners prioritizing sustainable shipping.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Cost:

    • Orders under €50 → €4.90

    • Orders €50 and above → Free Shipping

  • Sustainable Delivery: For local deliveries (Den Haag area), we use bike couriers. Packaging is always eco-friendly and plastic-free.

European Shipping

We ship across most EU countries including:
Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and more.

  • Courier Partners: PostNL, DHL GoGreen, or similar

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Displayed at checkout and varies by country

  • Free Shipping: Available for qualifying orders above €100 (check cart for conditions)

  • Carbon Offset: We work with couriers offering CO₂-neutral delivery options whenever available.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to selected non-EU countries.

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on location

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Customs & Import Duties: All international customers are responsible for any additional import fees or customs charges.

Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or missed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee.
Refunds for returned orders will be deducted for original shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Delays

We strive to ensure prompt delivery, but please note that external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections may affect estimated times.
We always recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information or reaching out to us if you notice any issues.

Sustainable Packaging

All of our shipments use:

  • 100% recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials

  • Plastic-free and minimal packaging

  • Where possible, packaging sourced from sustainable producers

We are continually working to reduce our environmental footprint.
